Holy Hill Iconography Club

🏛️ About Us

We will inquire into the lofty conceptual realm of holy iconography, while grounding the discussion in practice. Members will be familiarized with traditional mediums and their concoction, while our theological understanding is nourished by the insights of guest speakers. Master Iconographers, the likes of Anthony Gunin and his contemporaries, will be present for Q&A sessions, lectures, and modest workshops.
Conversation will be led by academics in the field, career painters, and students alike, providing common ground for people of all levels of devotional experience to celebrate and participate in Christ's redemptive image.

Mission Statement

We aspire to acquaintance the faithful builders and painters of their churches so they can work better together and combine their talents to create beautiful things for the salvation of the world. We also want to provide foundational practice informed by the voices of experts all around this continent and beyond.

Tagline
